Yes, all of the leather we source is a high quality vegan leather. 

At Otto Avenue we are continuously trying to find ways to be as sustainable as possible. We currently only use a high quality vegan leather, as well as sourcing recycled paper. 

Yes! We want all our customers to be able to enjoy a custom feel to their notebook. There is no extra charge for embossing. 

We typically say a maximum of 12 characters, however if you require more please email us directly and we can generally accommodate. 

We currently only use times new roman. For Orders over 100 you can choose any font you wish.

Standard shipping to metro areas is 2-4 days. Outside of metro area could take up to 7 days. We do however offer express shipping at an extra cost which will arrive in 1-3days within Australia. 

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Once your order has been shipped you will ne notified via email.

If you notice you put the wrong shipping address after the order has been placed, please reach out to us via your order enquiry or email ottoavenue@outlook.com and we will get that sorted for you if your order has not been dispatched.

If you decide to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order that have not stared to be processed.

We take great pride in creating premium, high-quality stationery, however mistakes sometimes happen to everyone. If you come across a manufacturing error or find an issue with your product, contact us at ottoavenue@outlook.com and we will work to rectify this immediately. 

We use lightweight and strong padded bags to package each order, however If your order was damaged in transit we will work to organise a replacement - send us a photo of your product along with your shipping details and we will organise to send you a replacement. Please use the email ottoavenue@outlook.com

Yes, for orders over 100 units we offer fully customizable notebooks, from the size to materials, everything can be bespoke. 

We do offer wholesale pricing. Pricing depends on the quantity and the type of notebook. Please email us at ottoavenue@outlook.com for further information.
